Claims handling so good, you'll send your adjuster flowers! From quote to claim, Jonathon from Tampa, Florida has nothing but good things to say about his Esurance Experience: Firstly, I have been buying car insurance for almost 30 years. Your systems and Web access to purchase insurance are incredible. Your customer service is second to none. I used to think buying car insurance was like going to the dentist, it was necessary but dreadful. What a pleasure dealing with Esurance. Secondly and most importantly, about 5 weeks ago I had a fairly severe car accident. Within 15 minutes of reporting the accident, I had received a call from the Esurance claim representative and every step I needed to take was carefully explained to me. But more than that were the two claim representatives I dealt with. Wow, what an experience. I tell every person I can about the benefits of switching to Esurance, talk about good news. My good news is not only that I switched to Esurance but have had the pleasure of dealing with these two professionals. I sincerely hope that their good work and excellent customer service attributes do not go unnoticed. Thank you. Another policyholder, Aminda from Aurora, Colorado, also made sure to send her thanks: I have been very impressed and even sent a thank you to my rep's supervisor for her courtesy, promptness, and explanations...anyone who doubts that "online" service can be good always hears from me how great Esurance is!!! Thanks. Rachelle of Oakland, California is having a love affair with Esurance. Rachelle wrote: LOVED the process - it was quick and easy. LOVED the shop where I took my car...LOVED it. If I have to sustain a loss to my vehicle, it certainly makes it easier to know I won't have to jump through 1 million hoops to get the loss resolved. LOVE Esurance! This claim was the quickest and most hassle free I have ever had. The other party involved was impressed and is considering changing her insurance to Esurance. I had the accident on Saturday and the claim department called me on Sunday. My car was in the repair shop on Monday and completely finished by Friday. The repair shop received the payment on the next Monday. Thank you for the good job.
After his claim, Garry from Sacramento, California let us know: Last week, my car window was smashed by an unknown assailant right in front of my home. I was on my way to work with zero time to spare. As soon as I discovered what had happened, I was on the phone to [Esurance]. I was immediately calmed down by your professionalism and your sense of urgency. I was given a phone number at my request of an auto glass business that could see me right away. Within minutes, my local representative was on the phone answering questions and helping me every step of the way. I phoned [him] more than once, and every time, I felt that I was his only customer. Thank you again [to my claims representative] and all of you nice people I talked to at Esurance Customer Service, where it's quite apparent that customers do matter. Keep this up, Esurance, and you'll be the only company that matters to people like me. Dawn from Scranton, Pennsylvania was so impressed that she wrote: I would really like to commend your customer service representatives. Each and every time I have had the need to speak with someone via telephone or email, but especially telephone, I have had exceptional service. Without fail the representative was polite, helpful, and informative. Unfortunately, after nearly 20 years without any need to file insurance claims I had 2 minor claims within a few months and both times received prompt, considerate responses. Additionally when calling to make changes to my policy I also received the same high quality service. In this day where customer service often seems like a thing of the past, your company's representatives have restored my faith in human nature. If possible, please make sure this email gets forwarded to whomever I have dealt with and whoever would be responsible for employee evaluations. Thank you again for your continued great service. Aaron of Superior, Colorado knows the claims process well, but even he was impressed by Esurance’s service: I have been complimenting the claims process to everyone that I talk to, and in my business that is a great compliment to Esurance. I deal with insurance claims on a daily basis and can honestly say that my own personal claim has been much smoother and more efficient than those I have worked on or witnessed from some of the bigger companies that claim to be based on customer service. By themselves, these points seem like small details, but they added up to create a polished, professional, positive experience. Insurance companies, especially in the hurricane plagued states, don't always get high marks, but Esurance certainly gets five stars from us. Thanks and keep up the great work.
