Can you send a claims representative to my home or work?

When you file an auto insurance claim, the goal is to get your claims check as quickly as possible. That's why Esurance doesn't waste time with unnecessary procedures when processing your auto insurance claim.

Esurance customers can report their claims by calling 1-800-926-1175. Many claims can also be made online simply by logging into your Esurance account and clicking on the “Claims” tab.

Once you've filed your claim, you'll be assigned a claims representative who will not only take care of your auto insurance claim, but will also explain the claims process, answer your questions, and be with you every step of the way.

When you speak with your claims representative, you'll help decide whether a visit is actually necessary. In most instances, both our customers and our claims representatives have found that such visits aren't needed.

Likewise, to help speed the adjustment process, we dispatch appraisers only when necessary. We've found that, in most cases, repairs can be finished more quickly if one of the Esurance Direct Repair Program body shops located near you performs an immediate appraisal. Our appraisers review these estimates online and then send them electronically to your auto insurance claims representative for payment.
