How quickly will my auto insurance claim be processed?
At Esurance, we like to give our customers the attention they deserve. That
means we handle every auto insurance claim individually. Every situation is
unique, and the time needed to process an auto insurance claim correctly can
vary. However, most auto insurance claims are processed within 15 days.
Esurance makes it easy to file an auto insurance claim. Just call our claims
service center at 1-800-926-1175. Our representatives are available 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week to take your calls. If you're an Esurance policyholder,
smaller auto insurance claims can also be filed online. To report a claim
online, go to www.esurance.com and click
on the "File a claim online" link. Then just follow the easy steps to
make your claim.
Our claims handling goal is to process your auto insurance claim quickly and
fairly. After you've made your claim, you'll be contacted by one of our claims
representative, who will explain the claims process, answer your questions, and
be with you every step of the way. If you have rental car coverage, our claims
representatives can even help you obtain a rental car while yours is being
fixed or replaced.
In addition to processing your auto insurance claim quickly, we'll send you
your claims check as quickly as possible too. That way you can get back on the
road as soon as possible.
