were made up by the company. I always heard the 'switch now we will save you a lot of money'
and thought 'Yeah, right.' I came to Esurance after finally getting a decent quote from another
company, but found a quote that made me very happy on your site. I came back here to

She listened to my situation and quickly went about getting the request made. She got me an information letter and put the request for ID cards through rush.   Firstly, I have been buying car insurance for almost 30 years. Your systems and Web
access to purchase insurance are incredible. Your customer service is second to none. I used
to think buying car insurance was like going to the dentist, it was necessary but dreadful. What
a pleasure dealing with Esurance. Secondly and most importantly, about 5 weeks ago I had a fairly severe car accident. Within 15 minutes of reporting the accident, I had received a call from the Esurance claim representative and every step I needed to take was carefully explained to
me. But more than that were the two claim representatives I dealt with. Wow, what an experience. I tell every person I can about the benefits of switching to Esurance, talk about good news. My good news is not only that I switched to Esurance but have had the pleasure of dealing with
these two professionals. I sincerely hope that their good work and excellent customer service attributes do not go unnoticed. Thank you."

Admittedly, Jackpot the Cat may have special gifts. Deborah, an Esurance policyholder in
Arizona, made our day when she sent us her email.
Deborah told us:

To prove her point, Deborah sent us this photo of Jackpot, her beloved cat, printing insurance
cards!
Apparently, Jackpot isn't the only talented cat in town, and Richard the Cat wants everyone to
know it. According to his owner, Kate, in Illinois:
  My cat recently came to me and was upset that the image of Jackpot has been on your site for a while. Through a series of meows and hisses, he let me know that Jackpot's 15 minutes of fame were over. He then proceeded to show me how talented he could be when my husband needed new insurance cards printed. As fast as you can say, 'Quote. Buy. At Esurance we happen to love the color pink (as our pink-haired special agent, Erin can attest), so when policyholder Peggy, from Oregon sent us pictures of her pink horse, Rio, she really brightened our day! Here's what Peggy told us:
  These pictures are of Rio during and after her transformation. She stayed pink for about a month, with all her laying around in the dirt the color didn't stay on long. Her hooves were pink for about 6 months.
I made her pink cause that is my favorite color and ever since the Wizard of Oz I wanted a pink horse."
Peggy used all-natural dye and tested a small area for reactions before she painted the whole horse to make sure that Rio would not be harmed during the pink painting process!
