Sanjeev introduces the
updated website.
Be sure to keep an eye
out for Erin Esurance in
the new TV commercials.
While we're not featuring
her adventures in these ads,
Erin continues on as our
beloved company icon, both
in the ads and in our real
offices too. If you watch
closely, you can spot her
all around the office.
Are you a Tweeter? A
Facebook junkie? We'd
like to know just a little bit
about your social media
stylings. Please take a
minute or two to tell us
what you like (and don't)
in the ever-changing world
of social media.
Really quick survey >
the best of both worlds
This week marks the debut of our new advertising campaign.
In a departure from the animated adventures of our pink-haired
spokesperson, Erin, our new live-action commercials emphasize
our "best of both worlds" approach to auto insurance —
innovative technology and around-the-clock customer service.

We heard feedback from you, our customers, that you wanted to
know more about the people behind Esurance. Therefore, the
new campaign focuses the camera inside the Esurance offices
for the very first time. Some of the ads highlight our technological
roots, while others promote superior customer service with a
personalized touch.

The new ads feature online repair monitoring, great savings
available online and over the phone, dedicated claims
representatives, and easy online account management, as
well as a reminder that we're available 24/7 to support our
customers' needs.

As part of the new campaign, we've also updated our logo and
will be refreshing our entire website in the months to come.
While all the change is exciting, rest assured that our focus
on our customers remains, as always, our top priority. You'll
still have access to the Esurance products and services you've
come to rely on.

Mica (a programmer)

through the website, while
Frank (a customer service
rep) just saved a customer
a ton of money.
