The Need to Slow Down…& "Speed" Up
Hi HQ!
First things first: Fortunately, nearly everyone
seems to agree that our environment needs a helping hand. On March 29, 2008 your helping hand can
make a simple switch. In this case, a light switch. (Preferably to "off.")
Esurance is supporting the World Wildlife Fund’s global effort for Earth Hour. On March 29, 2008, everyone around the world— from Australia
to America and everywhere in between— will turn off their non-essential lights from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. local time. Anyone, everywhere can and should "turn out."
(In addition to the energy savings and reduction in carbon emissions, who
doesn’t look their best in a little candlelight?)
Join the Earth Hour movement at www.earthhour.org
and find out what you can do to take part in a history-making, worldwide event.
Though it's good to slow things down a little in
terms of what we demand of our planet's resources, in your downtime, you may
want to speed things up a bit. Fortunately, the nice folks at Warner Brothers
and Esurance have something that's right up your alley: their live action
"take" on the iconic Speed Racer!
