Carbon Offsets

Carbon offsets make a carbon neutral lifestyle a more realistic goal. A carbon offset is the reduction of one metric ton of carbon dioxide or its equivalent in greenhouse gas emissions around the world.

In addition to positively changing our daily routines by reducing our own carbon emissions, investing in offsets will help support renewable energy, energy efficiency, and reforestation projects.

In addition to sponsoring carbon neutral concerts and events, Esurance offsets 100% of the electricity used in offices around the country. In our work with carbon offset programs, Esurance is proud to partner with the following organizations.

NativeEnergy � Esurance offset carbon emissions from Live Earth
and the Monolith Festival through NativeEnergy last year.

Esurance partnered with Sustainable Energy Partners and their
Carbon Harmony Program to offset the carbon emissions from the
Sasquatch! Music Festival. Learn about the specific offsets at

footprint. Over time you can track your score and see the difference small changes can make.
