How do I update my address or other contact information?

If you've decided to pack up and move on, it'll take only a few minutes to change the contact info on your policy.
After you log into your account, click on the "Policy Info" tab. You'll then be asked when you want your changes to go into effect. Once you choose a date, you'll see a summary of all your contact info, which you can then edit. Changes are usually processed within 24 hours.
