Can I choose the frequency of my auto insurance payments?
When you buy auto insurance from Esurance, we offer several different payment options to suit your individual needs. Customers that pay in installments will pay a portion of their premium up front and the remainder on a monthly basis. If you choose to pay in installments, be advised that a nominal fee will be added to your billing statement.

In addition, Esurance will automatically renew your auto insurance policy every term. We'll send you a renewal offer 45 days before your policy expires, detailing any changes to your policy. Your renewal payment will be taken prior to the start of your new policy term to ensure that your payment is processed on time and you avoid gaps in your insurance coverage. Esurance will always send you an email reminder before we withdraw payment from your account. However, you can also check your policy online at any time to get the status of your payments.
When we renew your policy, we'll use your current payment method to automatically withdraw your payment. If you want to change your payment method, just log on online and make the change. The update will go into effect in your next automatic payment.
