If this description applies to you, don't worry. Esurance can send you paper copies of your auto insurance documents for your files.
If you choose to receive paper copies of your auto insurance documents via standard mail, we may charge you a paper document fee to cover the expense of printing and sending those documents to you.
To help keep rates affordable and reduce paper usage, we send most of your auto insurance documents via email and store all of your auto insurance documents electronically. Electronic documents mean easy online access, anytime. If you need to make a change to your policy, simply log into your account at any time to make the change.
