If you prefer the convenience of the Internet, you're in luck. At Esurance, many claims can be made online by simply logging into your Esurance account. Once you've signed in, click on the "Claims" tab and follow the prompts. It takes just a few minutes to file your claim, and we'll be able to start processing it immediately.

Whether you report your claim online or over the phone, you'll be assigned a dedicated claims rep who understands the claims-handling procedures unique to your state. Your representative will explain the claims process, answer your questions, and be with you every step of the way.
