Esurance makes it easy to file an auto insurance claim. Just call our claims service center at 1-800-926-1175. Our representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take your calls. If you're an Esurance policyholder, smaller auto insurance claims can also be filed online.
Our claims handling goal is to process your auto insurance claim quickly and fairly. After you've made your claim, you'll be contacted by your dedicated claims rep who will explain the claims process, answer your questions, and be with you every step of the way. If you have rental car coverage, your claims rep can even help you obtain a rental car while yours is being fixed or replaced.
In addition to processing your auto insurance claim quickly, we'll send you your claims check as quickly as possible too. That way you can get back on the road as soon as possible.
