E-star— The Esurance Direct Repair Program If you own or manage a repair facility and would like to have it considered for the E-star program, your facility must subscribe to ProcessClaims and AutoWatch. Please note that acceptance is based on geographic need and qualification, and is not guaranteed. To apply, click here.

Report Information

If we let you know that information contained in your driving record, auto insurance claims history, or consumer report changed your car insurance premium or resulted in our inability to provide you with coverage today, you have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your consumer file. You can also request a free copy of your consumer report by contacting ChoicePoint Services, Inc. within 60 days.

In order to dispute information in your credit file, contact ChoicePoint online at www.consumerdisclosure.com or by calling 1-800-456-6004. You can also write them at the ChoicePoint Consumer Service Center, P.O. Box 105108, Atlanta, Georgia 30348-5108.
