If a phone rings at your car insurance company and nobody's around to hear it, does it make a sound?
Or, if a tree falls on your car and nobody's around to answer your call, do you make a sound?
The answer is probably "yes" and "like a howler monkey."
Unless you're calling Esurance. They have live humans on the phones to help 24/7. So you might make different sounds. Like, happy human sounds.
