First-rate customer service, even when you're in your PJs!
Even though we’re an online company, we know sometimes you just want to talk to a person. That’s why we offer good, old-fashioned customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The customer is always right? We think so! And Laura from Rowlett, Texas has nothing but good things to say:

Your customer service has gone above & beyond the call in regards to all areas. I am extremely impressed that your company knows the meaning of true customer service.

Wondering how good our service will be if you call at midnight? Jeff from Sacramento, California found that any time's the right time to talk to one of our friendly, helpful customer service representatives. He explained, “The help I received was outstanding. I called at 12 a.m.”

Michael of Dallas, Texas told us he'll never switch from Esurance:

I have NO intention of changing my insurance company. Your service has been FIRST-rate. I love the online access. My previous company had online services, but nothing like yours. I can do anything I need to right from your Web site. I have not had a claim and hope I never do, but I have the feeling the service will still be first rate.

I want to take a moment to commend you on one of your Customer Service Representatives. I manage a department of policy reps for a large insurance company and I would be thrilled if any of my reps went to the effort your rep did yesterday to take care of one of our clients. She not only was polite and efficient, she never for a moment made me feel my request was unreasonable or not possible! I called the 800 number around 9:00. She listened to my situation and quickly went about getting the request made. She got me an information letter and put the request for ID cards through rush. She even offered to fax something to the DMV directly— I had my ID cards at 9:22! I want to thank my rep for easing my mind, being so efficient and delivering what we needed so quickly, she exceeded my expectations and delivered exceptional customer service. Believe me, I know the difference between good and exceptional - I get paid to hire people who can at least do the former and learn to do the latter.
