Organization Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible to receive the Earth Day Grant (as defined below), nominated organizations should be engaged in work to help the environment, and must be registered as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  

How to Nominate an Organization:
Submit an email to greensuggestions@esurance.com on or before April 17, 2009, which identifies your nominee and includes a short description as to why you think the organization is doing the most to help the environment (a "Nomination"). You may only submit a Nomination if you are a current Esurance policyholder. Each policyholder may only nominate one (1) organization. If you submit multiple nominations, only the first nomination received will be considered.

Earth Day Grant Recipient Selection:
On or about April 22, 2009, a panel of one or more members of Esurance's brand/editorial teams shall select from among the eligible nominees, one (1) organization to receive a $5,000 donation from Esurance (the "Earth Day Grant"). The panel's decision will be made in its sole discretion, and will be final and unappealable. The panel may also, in its sole discretion, select one (1) or more additional organizations to receive honorable mention recognition. Any organization(s) selected for honorable mention recognition shall not receive an Earth Day Grant or other monetary award of any kind, except in the panel’s sole discretion.

Winner Notification:
If your organization is chosen as the Earth Day Grant recipient, you and your organization will be notified via email of such selection on or about April 23, 2009. You must respond to any such email notification within forty-eight (48) hours, or your organization's eligibility may be forfeited and Esurance may select an alternate Earth Day Grant recipient.

Publicity Consent:
By nominating an organization for an Earth Day Grant, you agree that, if your organization is chosen as the Grant recipient, or for recognition by Esurance as an honorable mention, Esurance may use your name, hometown/state, and excerpts from your email Nomination for any purpose reasonably related to the Earth Day Grant including, but not limited to, a feature on the Esurance Web site describing the Earth Day Grant winner.
