have a preferred repair facility when you file a claim, Esurance can help you
select one through the E-star program.
E-star, the Esurance Direct Repair Program, features highly qualified repair
facilities and guarantees repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. These
facilities also allow you to monitor the progress of your vehicle repairs
online.
And because we believe in environmentally friendly business practices, we
require that all E-star repair facilities remain compliant with strict EPA-OSHA
guidelines.
