How do I update my address or other contact information?
Moving? Perhaps you got a job in a new city or decided that country life was more your style. Since your ZIP Code can affect your auto insurance rates, it’s possible your Esurance auto insurance policy rates could be even lower once you move! If you’ve decided to pack up and move on it’ll take only a few minutes for you to change the contact information on your auto insurance policy.
After you log into your account, click on the “Contact Info” tab. You’ll then be asked when you want your changes to be made effective. Once you choose a date, you’ll see a summary of all your contact information, which you can then edit. Changes are usually processed within 24 hours.
Email makes you accessible no matter where in this world you may roam. However, if you decide to change your email address, please let Esurance know so we can update our records. Much of our communication with you is done over email, so a current email address is extremely important.
