How do you choose which facilities are included?

We continually monitor the work performed by our E-star repair facilities to make sure they maintain the high quality repairs and customer service you deserve.
And because we believe in environmentally friendly business practices, we require that all E-star repair facilities remain compliant with strict EPA-OSHA guidelines.
How does E-star work as part of your claims handling process?
After you file your auto insurance claim, you can choose to have your vehicle repaired at one of our E-star direct repair facilities. Our claims representatives will help you find an E-star facility near you. Once you’ve selected an E-star facility, a conference call is held between you, the facility, and your Esurance claims adjustor. At that time, you’ll be asked to provide your contact information and the most convenient time for you to drop off your vehicle.
Once your vehicle is at the E-star repair facility, they‘ll provide Esurance with the necessary claims information and begin repairing your vehicle. It’s that simple.
How can I monitor the progress of repairs to my vehicle?
All E-star repair facilities participate in the Esurance Vehicle Status Program. This program allows you to see your vehicle online during the various stages of repair. If your car is being repaired at an E-star shop, simply visit www.EsuranceVehicleStatus.com to access pictures. Another great feature of this program is your ability to email the repair facility directly from the Web site with questions about the repair process.
